1)Log in stardoll and Visit Beauty Parlor:

2)On the left side find a piece of a blue dress

[if you don't see it, press Ctrl and - for zooming out]

3)Click on that piece
You should be redirected to Ramadan page and have all 4/4 meaning -
Dress should be in a Starplaza bag in your suite [:
(If needed) Use Ctrl and + to adjust back the zoom
